Sally Parker
Shamanic Counsellor
A confidential space to figure things out…
Counselling
As an Integrative Counsellor, I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, tailoring each session to support your unique healing journey. At the heart of my practice is a Person-Centered approach, based on the belief that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and step into their fullest potential.
I will walk alongside you as we explore past events and relationships that may be influencing your present, uncovering patterns that could be causing distress. Counselling can feel like a big step, but you won’t have to take it alone. I offer a safe, supportive space where we will work at your pace, focusing on your needs and goals.
Our work may include:
• Psychodynamic & Inner-Child Therapy – Understanding how past experiences shape your present.
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Practical strategies to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors between sessions.
• Transactional Analysis (TA) – Exploring relationship dynamics and patterns.
• 12-Step Principles – Insights from a structured, self-reflective healing approach.
• Self-Care & Life Skills Development – Creating sustainable, healthy habits for long-term well-being.
Together, we will examine how your current lifestyle is serving you and develop the tools you need to move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Shamanism
With years of deep immersion in Shamanic practice, I work in daily collaboration with my guides, helpers, and power animals to bring wisdom and healing into each session. Using powerful shamanic tools, we will navigate whatever you need support with—whether it’s personal trauma, business growth, or your own transformation.
I can also help you develop your spiritual practice, offering techniques and rituals that you can carry with you for years to come. Let’s rediscover and reignite your magic, unlocking the gifts you are here to share with the world.
Helpers
In this time of global change, it is clearer than ever that healers and helpers are being called to step fully into their roles. This calling has inspired me to offer dedicated support to those already walking this path—as well as those just beginning their journey.
Your work is vital, and it is essential that you, too, are supported. I would be honored to walk alongside you, holding space for your growth, healing, and transformation as you continue to help others.

Testimonials
"Sally provides an excellent atmosphere to help process your thoughts, while keeping everything on track. She is professional, but with that friendly and individual care. Her approach to working with people is considerate, personal and she provides emotional support and a plan for after the session as well. Sally listened and understood me, and for the first time in my life I felt heard; as an individual, not a patient."
"My life has changed unimaginably since starting counselling with Sally. I am much happier and she has helped me understand my boundaries and my work life and relationships have improved. She’s kind, intuitive and patient, I love our weekly sessions.”
